How do I update my TV Listings after changing TV Provider or ZIP (or Postal) Code, or to access OTA digital channels?

If your TV Provider and/or your ZIP code (or Postal code, for Canadian residents) have changed, you need to re-run your TV configuration so Orb can retrieve your new Program Guide with updated TV listings.

Similarly, if you have added a digital tuner (ATSC or DVB-T only) on your Orb PC, you will also need to re-run your TV configuration in order to have digital TV channels listed in your Program Guide. Note that the only digital channels compatible with Orb are Over-The-Air (OTA) digital channels.

To launch the TV setup wizard and re-run your TV configuration, click the green Orb tray icon in the taskbar of your Orb PC and select Configuration, then click Set up TV Signal and Provider.
