When I run my TV configuration, the TV Provider for my ZIP code is not listed, or I have missing TV channels (US only)

When configuring your Orb TV setup, if after entering your ZIP code as prompted:
  • you do not get any TV provider returned for the US ZIP code you entered, or
  • your TV provider is not listed in the providers list returned for your ZIP code, or
  • your TV provider is listed, but your TV guide is still not generated, or
  • your TV guide is generated, but there are one or more missing or wrong channels in your lineup
Please create a forum post in which you should indicate:

- your US ZIP code
- your TV Provider - make sure you specify if Analog, Digital, Rebuild, etc.
- a detailed description of the problem, for example, "No provider returned at all for this ZIP code", "My provider is not listed for this ZIP code", "No TV listing at all for my provider"; "Missing channel XYZ for my provider", etc.

We will forward this information to our TV guide provider so they can make the necessary correction. Usually it won’t take more than a week to correct it but, in some cases, it may take a few more days.
