When I try to install Orb I get the error "The dynamic link library GDIPlus.dll could not be found..."

If you encounter this error when running the Orb installation program, you are most likely attempting to install Orb on Windows 2000. This operating system does not have this critical DLL which Orb needs to properly run.

To correct this, download the GDIPlus DLL from Microsoft Web site and place it in your System32 folder.

Note: with Windows 2000, you will not be able to stream live TV in Orb from an MPEG-2 tuner, neither TV programs that were recorded using a MPEG-2 tuner. Please see the Orb support KB article What are the Orb system requirements?
