How do I reset my thumbnails?

Just logon to http://mycast.orb.com on your Orb PC or another PC > click Settings (Top right corner)> select General from the dropdown menu > Select Troubleshooting > click Reset thumbnails and click OK

Note: Thumbnails will be regenerated when the PC is idle.
