Why certain file types are not displayed?

You just have to logon to http://mycast.orb.com on your Orb PC or another PC > click Settings (Top right Corner) > select Media Type (Audio / Video / Photos / Documents) from the dropdown menu > click Media Extensions on the left-hand side navigation panel > type the extension of your file type in "Add a Media Extension"> click Add and click OK
