Orb Flash Player stuck at the top and out of my browsers view, how do I get it back to normal?

The only way to get the Orb Flash player back to your browsers view is to reset your Webpage settings at http://mycast.orb.com > click Settings link (in the top-right corner) > in the Control Panel dialog, select General from the pull down menu > click Troubleshooting > click Reset Web page Settings.

Note that this option will reset all your settings related to the web display to their default values (home page layout, number of items per page, default views, etc.).
