Why should I verify my email address in Orb, and how do I do that?

You should verify your email address in Orb to retrieve your forgotten Orb login. To verify your email address, log on to http://mycast.orb.com on your Orb PC or any other PC > click Settings link (on the top-right corner) > in the Control Panel dialog, select User Account from the dropdown menu > click on E-mails > click Verify next to your email address under unverified emails.

A verification mail will be sent to the email address that requires verification. Check your Inbox (Junk/Spam folders), click the link on the verification email and follow the instructions. Also note that you need a verified email address to retrieve your forgotten Orb login.
