What do I do if I forgot my Orb login or password?

No problem. You can retrieve your login (if you have verified your email address) or change your password: just click the Forgot your login or password links on the http://mycast.orb.com login page and follow the prompts.

If you have registered your Orb account using an invalid email address or you don't remember what it was, best is to create another account.

Note: If you forgot your Orb login and If you can access the Orb tray icon on your Orb PC: click the Orb tray icon > Configuration > Users for the list of all user logins created on your PC
