You do not need to do anything to stream iTunes playlists via OrbLive, just tap audio >> Playlists >> My Playlists >> Select your iTunes playlist and tap on an item to stream it on your iPhone (or iPod Touch). If you do not see your iTunes Playlists then you may have not added your My Music folder to Orb tray >> Configuration >> Media.
