When configuring your Orb TV setup, if after entering your ZIP code as prompted:
- your US ZIP code
- your TV Provider - make sure you specify if Analog, Digital, Rebuild, etc.
- a detailed description of the problem, for example, "No provider returned at all for this ZIP code", "My provider is not listed for this ZIP code", "No TV listing at all for my provider"; "Missing channel XYZ for my provider", etc.
We will forward this information to our TV guide provider so they can make the necessary correction. Usually it won’t take more than a week to correct it but, in some cases, it may take a few more days. |
