If the tuning of your set-top box is set to another channel than 2, 3 or 4, during Orb TV setup, select Channel 2, Click Next and then you can change this channel in your Windows registry at the following location and change the existing value for the TuningChannel REG_DWORD to the correct channel number.

For 32-bit OS: HKEY | LOCAL MACHINE | Software | OrbNetworks | Orb | OrbTVBuffer | TuningChannel

For 64-bit OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | Wow6432Node | Orb Networks | Orb | OrbTVBuffer | TuningChannel

Disclaimer: Use the Registry Editor at your own risk
