How do I update my TV Listings after changing TV Provider or ZIP Code, or to access OTA digital channels? |

If your TV Provider and/or your ZIP code have changed, you need to re-run your TV configuration so Orb can retrieve your new Program Guide with updated TV listings.
Similarly, if you have added a digital tuner (ATSC) on your Orb PC, you will also need to re-run your TV configuration in order to have digital TV channels listed in your Program Guide. Note that the only digital channels compatible with Orb are Over-The-Air (OTA) digital channels.
Try the following to launch the TV setup wizard:
If you have installed 2.01 (To know the Orb version - click Orb tray icon > About): Click Orb tray icon in the taskbar of your Orb PC and select Configuration, then click Set up TV Signal and Provider and follow the wizard.
If you have installed 2.5x or later Right click Orb tray icon in the taskbar of your Orb PC and select Control Panel, then click TV and follow the wizard.
