Why do I keep getting a "Session expired..." error on my phone, immediately after logging to my Orb account?

If you repeatedly get the error message “Your session has expired. Click here…” on your mobile phone each time you try to log in to your Orb account, even immediately after clicking the link to log back in, it could be because one of the two following issues:

a)  Your phone browser’s cache is re-using an old Orb session ID each time you try to log in again, thus causing this error message to loop: clear your browser’s cache and, if necessary, power your phone off and back on, then access your browser's settings menu and enable cookies again.

b)  Cookies are not enabled on this device, simply causing the current valid Orb session to instantly expire: clear your browser’s cache and, if necessary, power your phone off and back on, then access your browser's settings menu and enable cookies.
