Why do I get an "Invalid login or password" message when I log on to my Orb account from my phone, when from another PC / Mac the same login works fine?

Your Orb account credentials are stored in our user database and Orb checks that same database to validate your Orb login and password, whether you log in on a PC / Mac, a PDA or a phone.

Orb passwords are case-sensitive. On many phone models, the first letter entered on an alphanumeric field is in uppercase by default.

Press the uppercase/lowercase key on your phone before entering your password to verify that you do have the correct case for the first letter of your password, when you log in with your phone.
