I can't stream in Orb at all if Remote Desktop is running on my Orb PC. |

If you cannot stream at all from your Orb PC when Windows Remote Desktop is also running on that PC, follow the instructions below.
Remote Desktop has 3 possible settings for handling audio on the remote PC:
If you are using either setting 1 or 2, then Windows will replace the audio driver on your remote PC with a RDP driver when you connect via Remote Desktop. This RDP audio driver may cause a video to stream without audio or not stream at all in Orb.
To verify which driver is used on the Orb PC when connected via Remote Desktop, navigate on your remote PC to Start > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices, then look at the Audio tab: if the Sound playback section lists RDP Audio driver (or something similar referencing RDP) as default device, follow the instructions below to change these settings and correct the problem in Orb:
Note: You must log out and log in again on your local PC (your Orb PC) for these changes to take effect, as Remote Desktop will not reload your original Audio driver until you log in again.
