I get an OrbTray.exe crash with ID #5853. What can I do to resolve this?

If you experience this EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION with OrbTray.exe, reported as Crash ID #5853, you most likely have the beta version 2082 of Service Pack 2 installed on your Windows XP operating system.

To resolve this:

Uninstall this beta version and download and install the final release of Service Pack 2 from Microsoft's website or run Windows Update from the Tools menu of your I.E. browser.

If you already have the latest Service Pack 2 installed on your system (and not the beta version mentioned above), we still recommend you re-install it as some of its files might be corrupted.
