How do I stop Orb from automatically launching when I start my PC?

To prevent Orb from automatically running when you start your PC, disable the launch of Orb at Windows startup as follows:

If you have installed 2.01 (To know the Orb version - click Orb tray icon > About):

Click Orb tray icon > Configuration > More info (or Advanced, depending on your Orb version) > uncheck Start Orb when Windows starts.

If you have installed 2.5x or later

Right click Orb tray icon > Control Panel > General > uncheck Start Orb when system starts.

If you have installed 2.5x or later [MAC]

Click Orb icon on the menu bar > Control Panel > General > uncheck Start Orb when system starts.

Note: if you disable this function, be aware that you cannot remotely start Orb on your home PC / Mac through Orb's Web interface: if you wish to access and stream the Media on your PC / Mac via Orb then you will need to use some remote access software (i.e., VNC, Teamviewer, etc.) to be able to start Orb remotely when away from your PC / Mac.
