I forgot my Orb login: how can I retrieve it?

1)  you can access the Orb icon on your Orb PC / Mac:

a) If you have installed 2.01 (To know the Orb version - click Orb tray icon > About)

Click the Orb tray icon > Configuration > Users for the list of all user logins created on your PC.

If you do not remember the email address you used when you signed up for Orb, or if you used an invalid email address, you will need to create a new account on your Orb PC (Orb tray icon > Configuration > Users > Add user)

b) If you have installed 2.5x or later

Right click the Orb tray icon > Control Panel > Click the drop-down box next to Login for the list of all user logins created on your PC.

c) If you have installed 2.5x or later [MAC]

Click the Orb icon on the menu bar > Control Panel > Click the drop-down box next to Login for the list of all user logins created on your MAC

2)  you cannot access the Orb icon on your PC / Mac: click the “Forgot your login?” link in the Orb login box (on mycast.orb.com): you will be required to enter the verified email address you provided when you first set up your Orb account.

Orb Networks will send your login to that email address. This is the only method Orb uses to communicate an Orb login to a user. Orb Networks will not provide a login to any user upon a simple email request.
