Where are my Orb logs stored?

a)  for Windows XP, in “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\OrbNetworks\Logs”.

If you cannot find the Application Data folder, check that it is not hidden:

    o Double-click My Computer on your Windows desktop
    o From the Tools menu, select Folder Options...
    o Click the View tab, then click the Show hidden files and folders radio button.

You should now be able to see your Application Data folder in the path noted above.

b)  for Windows Vista / Win7, in “C:\ProgramData\OrbNetworks\Logs or C:\Users\All Users\OrbNetworks\Logs”.

If you cannot see the "ProgramData" folder, check that it is not hidden:

    o Double-click My Computer on your Windows desktop
    o From the Organize menu, select Folder and Search Options
    o Click the View tab, then click the Show hidden files and folders radio button.

You should now be able to see your Application Data folder in the path noted above.

c)  for Mac, in “/Library/Logs/OrbNetworks”.

Note: if the "All Users" folder is not on the path(s) indicated above, you can find its location by entering %AllUsersProfile% in the address bar of any window on your PC.
