Browsing and finding your content
There are three basic ways to find your content:

Browse by folder
You can browse your content just like in your favorite file explorer application.
Did you know?
- You can open a folder by clicking on it either in the navigation tree or in the content view.
- To come back one or multiple levels, just click using the navigation tree.

Browse with the library
The library lets you browse content using keywords such as Year - Month - Image Size.
Did you know?
- You can choose which columns to show by clicking on their name.
- You can sort the content by clicking on one of the headers.

Search with keywords
Simply enter one or multiple keywords and press enter. The results will be displayed in the content area.

Creating Playlists
Playlists are a great way to access your content. They can be used to create photo albums, audio or video playlists, or even document projects.
Drag Files: Select one or multiple files and drag them to the playlist box.

Did you know?
- To remove an item, hover it and click on the red cross that will appear.
- To clear a playlist, click New playlist link in the playlist box header.
- You can rename the playlist by clicking on its title.
- To modify an existing playlist, click Open existing playlist link in the playlist box header and make your selection.
Save the playlist
Click on the save button. The newly created playlist will then appear in the navigation tree under playlists.

Confirmation Message Once the playlist is saved, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom right of your screen.

Sharing media
More ways than ever to share your playlists
Now that you have created your playlist, there are more ways than ever to share it. Each method of sharing has its own format requirements - just select the sharing method and Orb takes care of it for you.
 
 Be sure to give your playlist a name so you can keep track of it. Playlists can be changed or renamed at any time.
Public Orb page allows your playlist to be accessed by anyone.
MySpace or blogs formats your playlist for these popular sites.
Links enables you to send your playlist in a number of standard formats.
Private sharing through email makes it easier than ever to share your playlist with select people.
Via your Orb Public Profile
As a registered Orb user, you will automatically get your own public page on Orb.com.

Sharing your playlist on your public Orb page makes your content available to any visitor - with no logins or download!
Via Myspace or blogs
Express yourself better through YOUR music, photos or videos on your Myspace, blog or other webpage.
Orb automatically generates the HTML you need to put your playlist on the Web.

 Simply copy and paste the HTML into your profile or blog and your playlist is live for your friends to enjoy.
 You can change the content of your playlist as often as you want - only if you change the playlist name, you will need new HTML.
 Click OK when you're finished to push your playlist live.
 Remember you need to keep your Orb PC "ON" and connected to internet for others to enjoy your playlist
Share your playlist via RSS, email, IM or SMS
The URL option enables you to copy and paste a public link to your playlist into emails and instant messages that can be forwarded from friend to friend.

The RSS option enables you to syndicate a feed to your playlist

The SMS option enables you to send a text message to friends with a link to enjoy your playlist (US only for now).

Share your playlist with specific people
You can restrict access to you playlist to specific people with this option. Only people you email directly will be able to enjoy your playlist, and they will be asked to create a free account to do so.

Address the invitation to enjoy your playlist and add a personal message.
Email this playlist to option helps you to avoid sending the same playlist over and over to someone just because you forgot that you already shared it with them.
